If you're fervent about pioneering mobile growth strategies, deeply understand the mobile advertising landscape, and are committed to continuously evaluating and refining performance metrics, this opportunity is tailored for you.You will work with Monopoly Go, one of the leading games in the world.Demonstrated management skills and leadership.Independently handle significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to improve games' growth and profitability.Strategize, implement and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Ad Networks, DSPs, CTV, Influencer marketing, and much more.Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for user acquisition.Grow and handle marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe.Design and implement A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams.Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to complete breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users.Work cross-functionally with product, ad monetization, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio and business through full-view lifecycle marketing.Be an expert in UA with key knowledge.Raise flags for future potential issues that might arise if we continue on course or due to expected changes based on our current methodology.Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio.What We're Looking ForAt least 4 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years passionate for media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, preferably in the mobile app space.Strong proficiency with MMPs (e.G., Adjust, AppsFlyer) and performance marketing channels (e.G., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).People management experience is a huge plus
