As part of the Paid Marketing team, you'll be in charge of the marketing business plan as well as leading strategic marketing projects with the goal of optimizing our marketing performance and driving growth. You will ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration with Data, Product and the Leadership team.
What you'll be doing:

Creating and executing the marketing business plan - working with key stakeholders, drafting and finalizing budget proposals, and developing forecasts based on expected future trends, competitive landscape, and historical performance.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing report to monitor and ensure that all performance metrics are cost-efficient and in line with set targets.
Tracking the performance of each marketing channel, as well as staying updated on all marketing operations, to provide regular updates and make recommendations to the team.
Setting up and steering all necessary meetings and processes between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across project teams within the Growth tribe.
Participating in regular business reviews, contributing to data preparation and presentations.
Monitoring competitor activity and key industry trends, being the main point of contact with partners like Similarweb and Data.ai to help the marketing team understand how they fare against competitors.

What you need to succeed:

Marketing knowledge: At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on performance marketing channels like Google and Meta.
Data-driven approach: Minimum of 5 years working directly with data analysis, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and create actionable strategies.
Planning and Project Management: Experience leading projects connecting business goals to marketing strategies. Strong leadership and project management skills.
Budget planning: Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting & planning preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
