Your mission will be to support the identification, training, and development of talent.

What will make you successful in this position?
Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Currently enrolled in a university master's program.
Strong communication skills, including active listening.
Planning and organizational skills with the ability to participate in projects.
Focus on excellence and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Your main responsibilities will be Supporting the implementation and management of the company's training plan.
Participating in recruitment processes, including posting job offers, CV screening, and initial contact with candidates.
Assisting in the management of internship agreements and contracts for trainees.
Taking part in the company's strategic projects related to People, Talent, and Development.
