You will join a global recruitment team who is involved in the basis for the further growth of ELCA on a worldwide level, managing the entire recruiting processes across several business lines.
In this role: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process partnering with hiring managers in all locations at a worldwide level.
Create and maintain requirement profiles and publish job ads.
Facilitate interview processes, hiring decisions, and offer negotiations.
Organize and implement recruiting events (Forums, Hackathon events, technological challenges).
Set up and maintain a network with universities, interest groups, and recruitment agencies.
Collaborate to design and implement company policies and procedures ensuring a positive employee experience and strengthening company strategy.
Drive improvement culture and policies to enhance employee engagement.

About your profile: You have completed higher education in an HR-related field.
At least 7-10 years of experience in recruitment in an international environment, in an IT recruitment agency or in-house experience in the IT industry.
Strong background as a full-life cycle recruiter with validated skills in talent sourcing and the tech industry.
Expertise in recruitment for the SaaS industry and software engineering.
You have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
