Job Description To partner with the Reward CoE on all elements of Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility, this person will be supporting the Reward team on annual cycles and business as usual to ensure policies, data and ways of working are agreed and maintained to a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
This person will also support operationalization of compensation, benefits, rewards processes to leverage external vendors and the new HR operating model.
Key Responsibilities Partner with Reward to ensure we have well defined and recorded processes and any updates to processes are recorded.
