Job TitleLocation: Barcelona, Hybrid
Job DescriptionTo partner with the Reward CoE on all elements of Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility, this person will be supporting the Reward team on annual cycles and business as usual to ensure policies, data and ways of working are agreed and maintained to a high level of accuracy and timeliness. This person will also support operationalization of compensation, benefits, rewards processes to leverage external vendors and the new HR operating model.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Reward to ensure we have well defined and recorded processes and any updates to processes are recorded.Manage all relevant PSC team members training and awareness of updates to process or policy.Work with Reward to ensure all policies are created/adopted and published.Be a project team member for the Annual Year end for Merit, Bonus and LTI.Be operationally responsible for Mobility – building and maintaining process, supporting business case and employee experience.Work on the Global Compensation strategy, contributing to the Global assessment of Compensation business processes in Workday and work with HRIS/ADMS to ensure Galderma manage all global elements of Pay into Workday and ensure any local or regional requirements are also administered into Workday aligning with relevant Pay groups.Equity-based compensation: ensure the relevant PSC teams are maintaining accurate reporting of equity-related income and taxes withheld, both for individual employees and for regulatory compliance purposes.
