Job Title: People Solutions Centre Global Partner
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma as People Solutions Centre (PSC) Global Partner: Total Rewards and Delivery Excellence. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and leadership of employee benefits and compensation programs. This role will ensure seamless operational execution while also overseeing the strategic implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, recognition, and wellness initiatives. Lead and manage the benefits enrolment process, including new hire onboarding and annual open enrolment, ensuring successful program delivery.Compensation Administration: Be a project team member for the Annual Year end for Merit, & Bonus, ensuring that the project has agreed audit timelines. Be the escalation point for PSC and Total Rewards to resolve any exemptions or issues within the process.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external benefits providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects related to compensation and benefits (not exclusively), ensuring successful implementation of new programs, systems, or process improvements.Employee Support: Operations are handled consistently and timely as per our SLA's/KPI.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with in country regulations.Team Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to team members. Act as a role model by setting a high standard for work ethic, attitude, and professionalism. Help team members develop their skills through coaching and mentoring.Skills & Qualifications6-8 years' experience in HR Operations, mainly in benefits and compensation administration or related HR roles, including at least 3 years of leadership experience managing a team. Demonstrated experience managing HR projects from initiation to completion, with strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to operate and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization working with CoEs, HR Business Partners, external vendors. Expertly manages projects with strong organizational skills, leveraging analytical thinking to solve problems effectively, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction. Have a Shared service or GBS background is an advantage but not essential. Workday experience is desired. Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
