Working closely with the Senior People Operations Specialist, your main focus will be on Business As Usual (BAU) tasks, with some involvement in project work.You'll also collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Reward experts, as well as the Workplace Experience team, who support in-office experiences, including onboarding sessions.What you will do...Support the Senior People Operations Specialist in running an efficient, effective people support functionMaintain and refine scalable people processesKeep employee records accurate across Workday, Culture Amp, Google Sheets, and other systemsOversee onboarding and off boarding processes, including background checks and right-to-work verificationHandle visa applications and renewals with external providers (e.g., Newland Chase)Manage the helpdesk (Jira) to respond to employee queries on various topics, such as leave, references, induction, and offboardingCreate and update guides, templates, and process maps to drive efficiency and enable self-serviceStay updated on employment law changes and adapt policies and processes as neededPull data from people systems for regular and ad hoc reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvements within People OperationsSupport transformation initiatives as requiredWhat you will bring...A solid foundation in People Operations, with experience in UK HR policies, employment law, compliance, and the employee lifecycle; CIPD qualification or equivalent experienceExperience in high-growth, fast-changing environments, with adaptability to work through ambiguityA data-driven approach to structuring processes for accuracy and efficiencyExperience with Workday (HRIS), including job changes, workflows, and reportingBasic experience with global mobility, including visa applications and renewalsStrong skills in process documentation and efficiency improvementsA growth mindset, with eagerness to learn new skillsAttention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and dedication to completing tasksHigh integrity when handling sensitive data, with an understanding of data protection principlesDojo from the get-goFirst launch was back in 2009.
