We are seeking a People Operations Partner based in Valencia, Spain, to join our dynamic team. As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our Spanish entity and assist with other global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes.
Your Mission: Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees Prepare payroll for the Spanish entity and collaborate with external payroll providers Administer and collaborate with our benefit providers Support administering and managing our Employer of Record employees Assist with operational HR processes for other commercetools entities as needed Ensure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes Work closely with the People Operations team to support various HR initiatives and projects across the organization Note: This overview is subject to change as our needs evolve. What you need to succeed: To succeed in this role, you will need:
Good knowledge of Spanish labor and social security laws Experience in performing or assisting with payroll preparation in Spain Strong focus on providing excellent service to employees Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks Ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential Nice to have: Global HR experience Additional language skills We care about your growth and well-being Competitive Compensation Package: Generous compensation structure consisting of salary, a competitive stock option package, and various benefits and perks
