As our People Operations Partner, you will be responsible for our Spanish entity and assist with other global entities, contributing significantly to our operational and administrative HR processes.Your Mission:- Act as the primary HR contact for Spanish employees- Prepare payroll for the Spanish entity and collaborate with external payroll providers- Administer and collaborate with our benefit providers- You will be supporting administering and managing our Employer of Record employees- Assist with operational HR processes for other commercetools entities as needed- Ensure HR policies and processes are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations- Handle all aspects of employee administration, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant processes- Work closely with the People Operations team to support various HR initiatives and projects across the organizationNote: This overview is subject to change as our needs evolve
