The People Operations team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the employee journey at Preply, including onboarding, total rewards and benefits, HR systems and analytics, as well as key HR projects such as employee engagement and career development.
As a People Operations Manager, you will: Report to the Global Director of People Operations and lead a team of 3, responsible for defining our global people operations strategy and day-to-day operational processes.
Continuously coach and develop a high-performing team of HR operations professionals around the globe.
Work closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and other business stakeholders on all operational matters regarding our employees across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Refine our operational excellence and efficiency through the review of core HR systems.
Identify opportunities to design new processes and improve existing programs to enhance the employee journey.
Be the key point of contact for global operational topics as we continue to grow and hire worldwide.
Handle employment relations matters professionally and collaboratively with our legal and People partners.
What we are looking for: You have 5+ years of international experience in People Operations or HR services.
You have strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws and best practice HR policies, with global exposure preferred (e.g., in the USA or across Europe).
You love systems and have exposure to systems like BambooHR, 15Five, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp.
You have excellent project management skills and can optimize processes constantly.
You can lead and inspire your team through multiple challenges.
You possess high levels of empathy and the ability to create trust and engagement with stakeholders in and outside of HR.
You are a creative problem solver who can handle large amounts of data and structure it into meaningful analysis.
You are fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus).
