Your mission within Kantox
The People Operations Manager at Kantox plays a role in building a first-class Kantox journey experience. Your mission is to ensure that the People team provides the best employee experience to our internal customers. From attracting new talent to supporting our teams through the entire employee lifecycle as well as facilitating day-to-day work life. The role requires a high level of autonomy, proactiveness, and empathy. Reporting to Tamara, our Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
Own the full employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Manage the full payroll cycle for Spain and the UK.
Champion the onboarding experience of new employees: making it engaging, playful, and informative.
Technical lead for new design workflows and automation processes: being able to transform manual tasks to automated workflows that are a game changer.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, mitigating legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Advise the leadership team on sensitive employee relations information & cases in collaboration with legal or compliance and external stakeholders in a confidential, documented and effective manner.
Participate in the development and review of company policies, payroll and people operations.
Dive deep and analyse People operations metrics to get to the root cause of any issues, as well as improve or identify best practices.
Requirements
Who you are:
+4 years of proven work experience working in national and international payroll/ compensation (with startup mindset).
Proven experience working with HRIS (HR tools) and Payroll systems (A3nom, Meta4, Loga..)
