Your Tasks - Paint the world greenYou are the first point of contact for our employees, people partners, as well as authorities and insurances for questions concerning e.g.
pension scheme, company benefits, contract management.You will actively participate in the preparatory payroll process and contribute your knowledge in an active exchange with our payroll partner and also support our employees with your expertise.You are responsible for all HR processes from employee entry to exit of a support area (e.g.
handling of contract management, questions around onboarding as well as preparation of references); with the help of your experience you drive forward the optimization and automation of these processes.You keep track of all HR master data in our HR management tool Workday as well as in our HR files and ensure their availability, timeliness, and quality.You partner with our leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.
).Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (partner with legal department as needed).You are able to support the international recruiting team in sourcing and interviewing if needed.Your Profile - Ready to hop on boardIdeally with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, high-growth organization.Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or other related fields of study.Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law; Italian labour law is a plus.Make it happen attitude.Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail.Fluent in English and one language among Spanish and Italian.Our Perks - More than just a jobYou have an impact.
