As we scale, we're looking for a People Operations Specialist to build and streamline our HR and people operations functions, ensuring we have the foundation to grow effectively while taking care of our greatest asset—our people.
As The People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR support for our U.S.-based employees while coordinating HR operations for our Spanish and Mexican entities. You'll oversee everything from onboarding to compliance to culture-building initiatives, wearing multiple hats to keep our people and processes running smoothly.

What you'll do:HR AdministrationOwn the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee record management.Manage compliance with U.S. HR laws and regulations, ensuring employee handbooks, policies, and procedures are always up-to-date.Support and coordinate people and HR operations, liaising with local legal and entity management to ensure compliance with local employment laws.Coordinate employee benefits (U.S. and foreign), including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.People OperationsManage HR tools, systems, and platforms to ensure efficiency (HRIS, payroll, and benefits software).Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.Partner with leadership to drive performance review processes, scorecard creation, goal-setting initiatives, and professional development programs.Support collection and insights for HR metrics (e.g., engagement, attrition, headcount planning) and recommend improvements to policies, programs, and processes.Culture and Employee ExperienceChampion a culture of engagement, collaboration, and high performance.Plan and coordinate virtual team events, all-hands meetings, and employee recognition programs.Roll out initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and career development.Proactively surface and address employee concerns, helping maintain a healthy, inclusive work environment.This role could be a good fit for you if:Experience: You have 3+ years in HR, People Operations, or related roles, with experience supporting U.S.-based employees and managing foreign entities (bonus if in startup or scaling environments).Knowledgeable: You have a solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices; familiarity with managing international entities a plus.Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous when it comes to processes, compliance, and documentation. You sweat the details so others don't have to.People-Centric: You're a great listener, communicator, and problem solver who cares deeply about the employee experience.Resourceful and Proactive: You thrive in ambiguity, anticipate problems before they arise, and always find a solution.Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using HR tools, systems, and spreadsheets to streamline work.
