Your contributions will directly impact the employee lifecycle. You will provide support, tools and resources for BMATers to face their challenges well-equipped and based in the vision, values and the BMAT touch, making you an integral part of our team.IMPORTANT: This is a Barcelona based position, although we love the flexibility of working anywhere anytime and anyplace, this time we need someone who lives nearby the HQ or have easy access to the offices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting and guiding all BMATers in their daily queries and requests.Support the salary review process implementation.Support the payroll process together with the payroll specialistEnsure local legislation compliance in the countries where BMAT operates or has collaborators.Manage global and local benefits and keep compensation policies and practices up to date.Keep HRIS and other relevant files up to date.Prepare and analyse information from HRIS to implement and drive changes.Collect all the information needed for payroll updates and contract changes dealing with the external provider for accurate information.Support any People projects and initiatives along with your team colleagues.Manage de off-boarding processes and the administrative tasks related (exit interviews, accesses, documentation...)Collaboration and Team DynamicsYou will collaborate closely with the People team, manager and all BMATers.
