What You'll Do: We are looking for an involved and energetic People Operations Coordinator to join Criteo and support our Local People Operations France Team.
You will work within the People Operation team based in Barcelona.
The People Operations Coordinator will be providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France.
Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on essential HR administrative tasks.
Support the team regarding the management of the onboarding process for new hires across Criteo offices in France: Maintain and update employees' HR data within our HRIS tool.
Employment documentation creation and management.
Management of employees' files.
Partnership with involved stakeholders to provide a best-in-class experience.
Management of day-to-day matters, such as: All types of Leaves (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave) Payroll queries, and payroll preparation.
Preparation of letters and certificates for employees.
Questions and management of benefit enrolments.
Follow-up and scheduling of occupational medical exams.
Cases management through our ticketing tool: properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation with a focus on delivering a professional service and working towards defined SLAs and goals.
Work in true partnership with other People Operation colleagues, Payroll, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace.
Have a full view of Criteo Policies and Compliance.
Drive consistency and efficiency for core people processes.
Be involved in additional HR projects when necessary.
Who You Are: 1 year of experience in a People administration role.
Good administrative and technical skills (Excel; PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with HR Information Systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
French proficiency (native level) and English fluency (written/spoken).
High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Great communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
Passion for People and strong team player.
