Duetto is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting in various areas of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver, have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, take initiative, and have the ability to work independently. The position requires excellent collaborative and communication skills. This role offers a dynamic environment, exposure to global People Operations, and the opportunity to learn alongside experienced professionals.Responsibilities:Accurate data entry and reporting by utilizing a number of HR systems such as HiBob, Excel, Vanta, ADP and Confluence.Coordinate high volume lifecycle operations processes (i.E. Onboarding, Off-boarding, Job status changes, etc.) efficiently and quickly.Complete routine data audits between HR systems to ensure the highest level of data integrity.HR related projects as assigned in areas of administration, compliance, operations, and employee experience.Help execute in-person Holiday parties.Review the invoices for their accuracy promptly. Experience with NAVAN / EXPENSIFY or similar platforms.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 1-2 years of HR related coordination.Resourceful problem solver with a bias towards action that thrives on solving tough challenges.Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.Strong PowerPoint/Slide Deck building skills, including the ability to create and communicate professional presentations.Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions thoughtfully and thoroughly.BA/BS degree required.Preferred Qualifications:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient, with the ability to successfully project manage shifting priorities.Spanish Language.Great teammate, willingness to help where and when needed and go above and beyond.About Duetto:Duetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact.
