People Manager at Citees Citees is a brand specialising in T-shirts renowned for its original designs.
It opened its first shop in 2017 and already has more than 75 shops in the main cities of Spain, Italy and Holland.
Since its beginnings, Citees has been committed to creativity and collaboration with independent artists from all over the world, offering high quality garments from the Pampling and Wituka brands at a competitive price.
It is currently in the process of expansion and has established itself as one of the leading brands in its sector.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about developing talent and building strong, engaged teams.
If you have at least 2 years of experience managing people and are motivated by optimising human potential to ensure an efficient and dynamic operation, this is the opportunity for you.
We want someone who not only organises talent, but inspires and leads with vision, ensuring that the needs of our shops are always met flawlessly.
Responsibilities The People Manager will be responsible of: -Scheduling: Managing and optimising shop staff schedules, ensuring that each shift is covered efficiently.
You will need to create and adjust schedules based on demand and prioritising the operational fluidity of the shops.
In addition, you will ensure a balance between the needs of the business and the well-being of the team.
-Compliance with labour regulations: Ensure that all people management practices are aligned with current labour regulations and promote a safe and fair working environment.
-Human resources optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of HR processes, implementing effective tools that contribute to improved team performance.
-Planning tools: Manage the use of digital tools that facilitate the planning, monitoring and evaluation of staff performance.
-Communication and conflict resolution: Serve as a point of contact for the resolution of labour conflicts, fostering a culture of open and constructive communication within the organisation.
-Coordination with Human Resources: Liaise with the Human Resources department to manage employee terminations, contract adjustments and other personnel-related matters.
Coordinate the on-boarding of new employees on shifts.
What we offer: -40-hour working week with office hours M-F from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm (with a half-hour lunch break).

Requirements: Education: Degree in commerce, marketing or HR.
Training in sales management and commerce.
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar positions, ideally in sales or retail environments.
Advanced knowledge of digital tools for people management and resource planning.
Training and sales management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve and exceed their objectives.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Strong focus on teamwork, fostering an environment of collaboration and collective commitment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively and efficiently.
