We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for a Graduate role, offering a unique opportunity to understand and impact both people and business operations. This role provides the chance to work closely with the CHRO and Puig leadership team, supporting various people-focused projects, initiatives, and programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent presentation skills, and a strong understanding of business principles.
What you'll get to do Partner with the leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful projects and initiatives that drive business and people engagement. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports that inform and engage stakeholders. Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to ensure successful implementation of people and business strategies. Support the development and monitoring of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
