Responsibilities: Ensure recurrence of daily, weekly or monthly HR data management tasks. Create, automatize and maintain reports to measure main KPIs at C level (dashboard) and tools for deep data analysis. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in datasets. Monitor risks in the various projects and suggest actions of internal control to mitigate them. Detect and implement improvement opportunities, reducing manual work, ensuring deliverables accuracy and increasing reach of existing data solutions. Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques to provide insights to make better and faster decisions. Requirements: Higher Education Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Sciences or Mathematics (preferential). Fluency in English (mandatory). Previous experience in Data Analysis. Knowledge of Data Transformation and analysis tools (SQL, APIs, Web services, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, SSRS, MDX, Python, R). Advanced Excel (Macros, Visual Basic Script).
