Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the human resources financial department, including payroll, benefits, compensation, and personnel budget.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures related to personnel, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data related to personnel.
Analyze and report on labor costs, personnel productivity, and other financial aspects related to personnel, providing key insights for decision-making.
Participate in personnel-related budget planning and control, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
Lead and contribute to workforce planning initiatives, including analyzing staffing needs, forecasting future personnel requirements, and developing strategies to optimize workforce utilization and performance.
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?
Previous experience in financial roles, preferably with a focus on human resources or payroll.
Solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and financial management systems.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly and effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, especially human resources and accounting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
