The People Advisor for HR will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function by providing expert advice, guidance, and hands-on support to HR people leaders and teams. This role will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience for our HR professionals globally, in alignment with our organizational culture and strategic priorities. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR people leaders and employees, providing insights and solutions on people-related matters and team dynamics. Partner with HR people leaders and teams to implement strategies that foster a high-performing, customer-centric, and inclusive culture. Coach and support people leaders during annual cycles (e.G., Goal Setting, Talent Management processes); support all talent-related activities for HR team members. Collaborate with HR leaders to identify capability gaps and support talent development programs. Facilitate initiatives to enhance engagement, well-being, and career progression for HR team members. Drive change management efforts within the HR function to align with organizational priorities. Foster knowledge sharing among HR colleagues by actively collaborating across the team. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or HR certification preferred). 5-7 years of experience in HR advisory or HR Business Partner roles. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Experience with change management or project management in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
