TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.You will support all 3 of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure and created together with the actress Kate Hudson; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brand established together with Rihanna; and JustFab, our onlinesubscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim.With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we ´re currently looking for a full-time Senior Director of Paid Media based in our Barcelona office.How Do You Fit In?The Senior Director will bring a data-driven approach to maximize conversions, improve customer journeys, and ultimately drive revenue growth for Fabletics, Savage x Fenty, and JustFab in the European market and to some in NA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization at the forefront of the fashion and lifestyle industry. This position will be reporting to our General Manager based in Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the business objectives of Fabletics, Savage x Fenty, and JustFab in the European market as well as for JF in NA.Lead and manage a team of around 15 media professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in executing paid media campaigns (Google, Social platforms and Amazon).Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns across various channels, including display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and programmatic advertising as well as marketplace advertising.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, and brand teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing initiatives.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies to drive key performance metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media, and drive innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition.Manage and allocate media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and delivering results within budgetary constraints.Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize collaboration and leverage their expertise to enhance campaign performance.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
