Mission: The Human Resources Operations Trainee supports the objectives of the Human Resources Department. The function should be supportive, hands-on, methodical, and business focused; creating memorable moments for our employees, taking ownership for assigned activities whilst collaborating closely with their immediate report and key business partners to deliver quality results. The job incumbent acts as an ambassador for HR, reflecting the company culture and values. All work is carried out in accordance with company corporate policies, procedures, and service concepts according to local requirements and regulations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Maintaining and verifying HR system (Workday) accuracy to ensure optimal performance and functionality.Collaborate with colleagues to maximize employee service and team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.Develop and build own skills, knowledge, and experience at every opportunity within the Human Resources department, aligning with the culture of growth, development, and performance expected by the company.Organizing all relevant file materials into their designated folders ensuring a thorough record of employee documents.Maintain and make accessible all HR documentation and guides in the relevant communication channel to ensure that all employees have the necessary resources and information.Competencies & Skills Requirements: To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship."Yes I Can!" spirit.Proficiency in English and good communication skills.Pro-active with a hands-on approach.Ability to manage workload ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered.Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations.Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department.Autonomy and high feeling of responsibility.
