We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with Turkish language to join our International Labour & Payroll team.
WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO? You will process the payroll of our store employees in Turkey accurately and in compliance with the country's laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Calculate and process employee payrolls in accordance with labor laws and internal company policies. Verify and correct data in payroll records.Ensure accuracy of payments, deductions and benefits.Maintain and update employee information ensuring accuracy of payment data.Ensure compliance with tax and social security obligations associated with payroll.Manage communications regarding personnel with different organizations and institutions.Absenteeism management and schedule monitoring. Management of benefits such as restaurant tickets, transportation, etc.Resolve doubts from employees and managers. Keep updated on labor laws and regulations in the country.Preparation of reports and queries related to personnel data.WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU? Education in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration.3 years of experience in payroll in Labor department.Advanced level of Excel.Advanced language level of Turkish and English.
