At SD Worx Spain, we are focused on building capability and flexibility to meet the growth of the business whilst increasing the profitability across the organisation.We support SD Worx on most of the business areas such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Software Development, Testing, Implementation and Service Delivery.There are numerous opportunities at SD Worx Spain for people with the right blend of skills, experience and character!Are you ready to join us?Job Description: The payroll specialist will have to independently manage the payroll processing cycle and the administrative obligations relating to the management of the personnel of the assigned customer package Task and Requirements:  • Customer support and assistance; • Monthly preparation of payslips and drafting of the Single Labor Book • Management of placement-related practices (hiring, transformation, and termination of employment relationships) • Management of annual obligations concerning the management of employee personnel (CU and 770 forms, Inail self-assessments - F24) and periodic obligations (Uniemens) • Strong motivation, precision in the assigned task, and compliance with deadlines is required.Important to have:  - Excellent use of the PC and Office programs, in particular Excel, is required.- Relational and empathetic skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.- Required: Experience: at least 3 years - Italian Language - C2 Benefits: Health insurance (100%) and flexible retribution Flexible working hours Remotely working days Laptop, equipment provided and many more!Responsibilities as a key team member from day one 25 days of leave on a fulltime basis and hours for personal time off Diverse training opportunities
