We are seeking an enthusiastic team member with a genuine passion for HR and payroll to support BPO HRSC in Flanders/Wallonia.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:Supporting BPO HRSC Teams in Antwerp, Geel, Ghent, and Mont-Saint-Guibert.Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s).Managing wage calculations and verifications for client(s).Advising clients on payroll, social legislation, and HR software applications.Maintaining strong client relationships.Communicating with employees on behalf of employers.Keeping up-to-date with payroll and personnel administration practices.Identifying and improving inefficient processes.Sharing best practices among teams.Training colleagues and providing support in administrative, payroll, and legal tasks.ProfileRequirements:Proven experience in payroll.Strong interest and experience in HR with a focus on payroll and personnel administration using eBlox Payroll software.
