About the role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage and oversee the entire payroll cycle within our organization, which includes in-house payroll management and labor law compliance. You will work directly with our employees and multiple departments within the company.


What challenges you´ll solve Lead the payroll process for the entire company, ensuring all employees receive their salaries, bonuses, and benefits accurately.
Efficiently manage company registrations, terminations, modifications, medical leaves, and workplace accidents.
Quickly anticipate and resolve any payroll issues or discrepancies, while providing transparent communication and attentive support to both employees and management.
Maintain close collaboration with various stakeholders across the company, ensuring open and effective communication with all, including employees and managers.
Stay up-to-date with labor matters and payroll laws in order to diligently remain compliant and provide advisory support.
Provide effective management of labor documentation records, ensuring they are maintained and updated.
Oversee the control of immigration files, 111 and 190 forms, and manage income tax withholdings (IRPF) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Carefully prepare and communicate contracts and remuneration reports.
Ensure strategic tracking of international profiles regarding payroll and compliance.

What you'll need ???????? Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations.
5 years of experience in Payroll administration, preferably in scale-up companies.
Between 2-3 years of demonstrated experience using A3 system fluency.
Strong Spanish labor knowledge.
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Native level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
Positive attitude, showing success in follow-up and getting things done.
