Over de functie We are seeking a skilled hands-on Payroll & HR Services Manager to lead our payroll operations. This role will be crucial in centralizing payroll and other HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering high-quality service to our employees. You will be reporting to the HR Manager EMEA.
Your Responsibilities: Centralization of Payroll Processes: Lead the consolidation and standardization of payroll processes across various regions within the organization.Payroll Management & Operations: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, together with the team running the monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.HR Administration: Manage and streamline HR administrative processes, including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Provide hands-on practical support to the team in the HR administration process when necessary.Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure operational excellence.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll and HR administration.Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international payroll regulations and labor laws.Reporting: Develop and maintain payroll reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.Wat wij vragen Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and/or HR Administration, within a shared service center in a multinational environment.Skills:Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in payroll software and HR systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Wat wij bieden We offer a unique working environment in our new shared service center in the city center of Barcelona, where talent and ambition can develop to its fullest.
