Could you be the full-time Fixed Term Payroll & Labour Relationship HRBP in Barcelona (Santa Perpetua de Mogoda) we're looking for?Your future roleThe Payroll & Labour Relationship HRBP acts as a strategic partner of the management teams of the perimeter.She/he will be in charge of aligning the HR policy and responsible for the definition and the implementation of the relevant HR action plans to achieve the business targets. Acts as a change agent to support ongoing organizational, management and cultural changes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business Engineering, Project Management, Quality and much more.We'll look to you for:MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Translate Business strategy and targets into HR action plans and performance.Support organization design and drive change management.Act as the single point of contact for management teams on organization and people management matters, and act as a coach and advisor.Support the departments in the implementation and the roll-out of development strategies & initiatives in Labour Relations.Drive workforce planning, define resourcing and staffing needs.Ensure an efficient deployment of the PMC (carry-out processes ie.
