Payroll And Compliance Lead

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Payroll and Compliance Lead at Carlos SuperDrug in Lucena City, Quezon Province. The Payroll and Compliance Lead will be responsible for payroll administration, garnishments, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing daily.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business-related courses, preferably in BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Financial Management At least 1 year of experience in filing related BIR returns and handling tax payments. Experience in QuickBooks or any accounting-related application is a plus. Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Processing skills Garnishments and Payroll Tax knowledge Experience in managing and processing payroll Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Certification in Payroll or related fields is a plus Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
