The Impact You'll Have The Payments Market Lead at Notabene will be responsible for discovering and establishing product-market fit for Notabene across a diverse range of potential markets within the financial institution's business operations. This role will involve identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for our next-generation transaction authorization platform beyond traditional cost centers like compliance.
What You'll Do Research, identify, and prioritize promising markets for Notabene's transaction authorization platform within the global payments landscape.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key markets, outlining customer segments, value propositions, and partnerships.Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including stablecoin operators, PSPs, and e-commerce platforms, to drive adoption.Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering teams to adapt and extend existing solutions for new markets.Lead pilot programs with early customers to validate product-market fit and collect actionable feedback.Serve as a thought leader in the payments and fintech space, actively contributing to industry discussions through content creation, speaking engagements, and building relationships with key stakeholders.Stay at the forefront of payments industry trends, including regulatory changes, emerging technologies, and competitor dynamics, to inform strategy.Must Haves 6-10 years in payment networks, payment service providers, merchant services, or fintechs, with 3+ years in an early-stage or crypto company.Strong expertise in identifying and prioritizing target markets, including conducting thorough market research and analysis.Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies and build partnerships with key players (e.g., stablecoin operators, PSPs, e-commerce platforms).Ability to write and present well in English, with a track record of contributing thought leadership.Proven track record in project management and organizational skills, particularly in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate downstream impacts of business decisions and align resources effectively.Based in Europe or the US East Coast.Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and regulatory landscapes.Direct experience building partnerships with companies like Fireblocks, Copper, or Circle.Preference for London, New York, Zürich, or Berlin.Benefits Flexible Remote Work: Work from anywhere!$1000 WFH Stipend: Use within your first year of employment.MacBook Pro: Procured by you and your manager to find a model that meets your needs.Unlimited PTO: We trust you to take as much holiday as you need.Country-Specific Benefits: Statutory offerings and contributions, managed via our employer-of-record.Apply Today!
