Role Overview : We are recruiting for a Payments Operations Support role to join our Payment's Acquiring team. The primary function of the Payments Operations Support role is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges. You will deliver a professional service to internal and external customers, in a timely manner, by ensuring that service delivery, quality control and all aspects of compliance are maintained to the highest levels.
What you will do : Provide excellent customer service, by responding quickly to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, transaction reprocessing request, report generations in line with established SLA's. Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners merchants. Resolve issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments. Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner. Any other such duties that may be required of you. Support Inbound & Outbound Calls. You will work Monday to Friday on shift between 8AM and 8PM. Shifts may change or be moved to 24/7 based on Business needs. Who you are : Modest: For us, putting the customer first is not a cliché. What you will need to bring to planet : Proficient spoken and written English (B2 at least). B2 Level of Portuguese is mandatory to be considered for this role (French or German is a plus). Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role. Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous. Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented. Moderate-level Microsoft Excel. Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company. Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.
