Position Overview: We are seeking a motivatedPayment Operations Specialistwith a passion for ensuring seamless fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. In this role, youll handle the full payment lifecyclefrom execution to reconciliationworking closely with banks and third-party providers to resolve any issues and improve efficiency. Youll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities: Execute and monitor dailyfiat and cryptocurrency payments(on-ramp and off-ramp) for a global customer base.
Reconcile payment flows, ensuring all funds are accurately credited and debited.
Monitor transaction flows and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth payment operations.
Collaborate withbanksandthird-party payment providersto address delays or issues in transactions.
Ensure compliance withAML,KYC, and other regulatory requirements related to payments.
Provide timely and efficientcustomer supportfor payment-related queries, troubleshooting transaction errors when needed.
Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways to expand service offerings.
Prepare timely and accurate reports on payment operations for management review.
Continuously improve and optimize payment processing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years inpayment processing,banking, orfinancial operations.
Strong knowledge ofcryptocurrencyandblockchain technology.
Familiarity withbank payment networksandcryptocurrency wallets.
Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skillsto troubleshoot payment issues effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transaction processing.
Location: Remote (Candidates inCET/GMT time zonesare preferred). Working hours:12:00 PM 9:00 PM CETto accommodate transactions in both the Australian and Canadian markets.
