Job Purpose : Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a proactive Pass Through Analyst!

You'll dive into the heart of our operations, managing vendor receivables and transferring credit from vendor to customers from our accounts.

Responsibilities : Manage daily operations and credit transfers. Handle vendor invoicing for customer marketing activities. Monitor bot performance and adapt to customer needs. Proactively resolve aged receivables. Reconcile P&L monthly. Review customer credits and assess P&L impact. Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation. Knowledge Skills and Experience : Analytical & Numerical skills within a finance environment. Clear and confident communicator with the ability to communicate financial matters to non-finance staff. Time management, prioritisation of live issues. Engage with Business & Vendors with a commercial approach. Experience in Accounts Receivables or General Finance.
