What will you do?
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our publishers.
Guide new partners through the integration process, ensuring a complete understanding of our platforms and tools.
Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.
Provide technical and strategic support to partners, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor partner and campaign performance, using data and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the commercial and technical teams to develop practices that enhance our partners' results.
Will be Valued
University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
Previous experience in managing client or partner relationships, preferably in the technology or advertising industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical ability and experience in using data.
Proactivity, problem-solving skills, and customer orientation.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
