About the role SAP SuccessFactors is the cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) technology line of business at SAP. The Partner Manager, HCM is a global role working with strategic specialist HCM partners. This is a revenue enabling role, where success is measured by the software license revenue sourced, booked and delivered by the partners you manage.
What You'll Do Manage revenue generation through assigned HCM specialist Partners, achieving desired revenue and profitability objectives. Act as a thought leader and orchestrator of the Partner relationship end-to-end. Be the main point of contact for building the partner relationship. Ensure exceptional Partner experience through engagement with SAP. Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the Partner's business. Assist Partner in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market. Evangelize SAP opportunities and secure buy-in from Partner. Identify areas of improvement on competency gaps of managed Partner(s). Skills & Experience: Experience driving Partner value realization based on agreed business outcomes. Expert governance and stakeholder management skills. Experience in orchestration of ecosystem practices. HCM domain knowledge, gained through working in sales, customer success or partner management. 5+ years in a Partner facing role; experience working for an SAP partnership is desired. Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills. Strong analytical competencies to drive action orientation. Effective communication and presentation skills at an executive level. High energy and innovative ideas. Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate. Local market knowledge and understanding. SAP Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP's Ecosystem Strategy, Partner Program and Commercial Models. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM technology. Knowledge of SAP's Solution Portfolio, particularly cloud solutions. Ability to leverage SAP's cross function organization, resources and services. Ability to network with the right stakeholders. Experience using and understanding SAP's processes, tools and systems relevant to SAP Partners.
