WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners;Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect;Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions;Creating and managing a risk register for current partners;Analyzing the conversion ratios and traffic quality;Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners;Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits);Handling any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.);Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners;Updating information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry.Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and Russian.WHAT WE OFFER An opportunity to make something great even greater; you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!Career prospects - we are young, we have huge ambitions, and it is important that our employees grow with us.Work with coworkers who are passionate about their business.Compensation that will fully correspond to the competence and knowledge, with yearly performance reviews.The opportunity to attend conferences, courses, and professional development at the company's expense; we favor the continuous development of our employees.Private health insurance coverage.20 days of vacation time; Latvian bank holidays; sick leaves; additional birthday day off.Team building events and corporate parties.You can find out more about our team, our values, and the unique ways we celebrate our successes here: https://fyst.com/culture
