Part-Time Lawyer

Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesProvides counsel on a variety of business legal issues.Composes, reviews, and carries out agreements and all contracts.Works alongside the Operations team.Ensures that legal issues are observed and anticipated.Plans and implements training for employees on legal topics for compliance with the law.Represents the company to government agencies and may serve as Spokesperson.Conducts tax and contract-related reviews.Guides operations within the company's procedures and processes concerning legal aspects.Researches any legal issues.Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.RequirementsMust be a bar exam passer/licensed lawyer.Must have 2+ years of proven background in legal counsel, with experience in tax laws.Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation.Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.Job Type: Part-timePay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 – 20 per weekSchedule:Monday to Friday#J-18808-Ljbffr
