You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.About the role:Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta's platforms, using data-driven insights and best practices.Strong plus if you have experience with media advertising platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, or Snapchat.Monitor and analyze campaign performance: we use Hyros, Looker, Mixpanel, and of course, the actual advertising platforms.Collaborate with internal teams, creative design, copy, and product to align campaign objectives and execution.Research and test new ad formats, features, and audiences to identify new opportunities and continuously improve campaign efficiency.Communicate and report on campaign results, insights, and recommendations.Skills needed:+3 years of experience in a previous similar role for a digital business (ideally a subscription-based B2C product), actively managing Meta Ads.Familiar with Meta's advertising policies, guidelines, and best practices from an account structure and creative perspective.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data in a clear and actionable way.Familiar with the usual metrics and operations of a B2C app business.
