Pack. & Product Testing Specialist

The OpportunityWorking on the Testing team, the selected employee will participate in the development projects for fragrances and skincare axes by planning, assessing and executing the different homologation and compatibility tests on the packaging and the finished product.
What you'll get to doDesign of the Testing plan according to risks assessment on packaging components and finished product for complex projects.Plan and execute functional, dimensional, and chemical tests based on the necessities of projects and timings.Work in "problem solving" mode to understand the problems and propose solutions.Proactive collaboration and coordination with the Packaging Engineering teams as well as the Formula Development teams for the three categories - Fragrance, Skincare or Make Up.Create the documentation necessary for each test (protocol, reports...)Manage and update homologation status of components on SAP.Manage the maintenance and calibration of the department's equipment.Collaborate in the organization of the department and the tasks.Develop new tests methods based on the new project's needs.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Chemistry Engineering, Chemistry Science, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, Materials Science, Perfumery/Cosmetics or similar.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. French would be a plus.
