Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach key stakeholders in beauty and pharmacy retail outlets across Europe.
Introduce a range of high-quality skincare and beauty products from trusted partners.
Build relationships with retailers and decision-makers to secure product placement in stores.
Negotiate terms and ensure smooth onboarding of products into retail channels.
Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to refine strategies.
Maintain a database of clients and partnerships, ensuring excellent follow-up and customer care.
Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within the beauty sector.
Strong understanding of the European beauty and skincare market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
An existing network of buyers in the industry additional bonus.
