Our Farnell sales team is looking for a Field Sales Executive focused on customers in the North Spain region (Cataluña País Vasco) to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, as measured in surveys and share of wallet.Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers' business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partner's marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer's solutions capability.Engage customers in joint planning that integrates the company's services, programs, and supplier partnerships securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company's market position, entanglement, and financial goals.Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and own execution of the business plan.Maintain and monitor the pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, perform analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.Support supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customers to maximize profitable growth and customer expansion.Prioritize customers and opportunities with the greatest potential for success.Closely manage profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.Visit customers at their premises regularly.Key Skills Required:Minimum experience required is typically 3+ years with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience in electronics/semiconductor/distribution industry.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Time management skills.Teamwork spirit.Fluent in English and Spanish.What's in it for you?A supportive multicultural team environment where everyone is working toward the same goal.A strong open-door policy.An environment where you will have the tools and opportunities to further your career.A role where you have the freedom to come up with and own new ideas and design your processes.Paid holiday, plus bank holidays.Company car.Work equipment.And more.Interested?
