TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Manager will be:
Create your own Client portfolio with the help of your manager through business development.Ensure the delivery of your perimeters:Management of your team membersDay-to-day delivery successKPI follow-upTarget setting and feedback managementCareer developmentTraining & onboarding deliveryForecast, search, and recruitment of recruitment consultants/trainees for your hubAdministration of your direct reports (paperwork, commission tracking, holidays, etc.)Lead by example: as a manager, you will always be expected to hold/support a certain amount of recruitment activitiesDay-to-day account management and partnership management with your clients and your team's clients' portfolioStrong partnership and mutual support with other Blu ManagersBe a true actor in Blu Management and Organizational Strategy:Take on operational management responsibilities within the companyParticipate in the strategy and further development of the companyIdentify areas of change/improvements and drive changesAnalysis, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and planningMake Blu Selection one of the Key Actors of the European MarketInitiation/Participation in Ad-hoc Blu and Team ProjectsOther Team Lead and Management back-upYou will work within a really dynamic environment; your flexibility and adaptability will be your key to success.
