Project Management Office for MED is a department that provides support to the Construction team, focuses on standardizing the process and achieving efficiencies, and having a direct and positive impact on the results in the installation phase. As a consequence, we measure the performance of the projects.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and update financial tools to follow up on costs in all MED projects.Cost analysis to identify main margin deviations.Evaluate cost evolution in different types of projects.Track and identify possible risks and opportunities related to projects' costs.Regional Pre-Post analysis for high management.Support Project managers / Head of construction to ensure the project KPIs are met: cash follow-up, cost analysis (Pre-post), and Revenue.Follow-up meetings and steering committees' preparation.Data Quality: Closed projects, support to clean PR/POs, LE cost, and billing plan update.Transport Support: reporting status and analysis. Slides presentations.Data BASE MED Construction Reporting in Power BI programming.QualificationsM.Sc./B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.Relevant work experience in project cost controlling, managing more than one project at the same time.SQL language / Power BI programming.Three years of experience in cost control and performance.Spanish & English language, both written and spoken.Knowledge about SAP is desirable.CompetenciesGood methodical skills with an emphasis on problem-solving.A creative person who can propose and develop new cases for department management according to current needs.Highly structured and well organized, able to multitask and prioritize daily work in an innovative and highly motivated environment.Great communication and presentation skills.We need a person with a high personal motivated mindset, structured and service-minded work style, result-oriented, and able to work both freely with little supervision and with an international team.What We OfferWe offer an exciting job in a progressive, international environment.
