.Joining the Group Purchasing as Revenue Coordinator, you will be working to increase the business and the market share of the TUI Group across all its Source Markets by renegotiation of competitive late Rates, Board Supplements, and positive availability changes in the TUI Group contracted Hotels.ABOUT THE JOB You will be responsible for continuous monitoring and identification of renegotiation needs of Late Rates, Board Supplements, and positive availability changes in the TUI Group contracted Hotels related to the common KPI ´s and objectives achievements.You will take corrective actions to maximize the Tour Operator's sales and profitability through continuous improvement of competitive accommodation offers, considering available flight seats and competitive price levels in the market.The tasks within this scope include analyzing booking, competitor, and market situations, contacting suppliers proactively based on results, and renegotiating competitive accommodation offers and maximum availability.You will permanently monitor and supervise the actions by hotel partners within DESTIMO and provide constant support to minimize the impact on sales from negative availability changes communicated by Hotel Partners via DESTIMO.The role requires building strong collaborative business supplier relationships and regular direct communication with Hotel Partners, acting as the Revenue key contact person between the TUI Group Source Markets and the destination.You will help ensure that both parties have a common vision and shared set of goals to maximize business profit, which may be on a group or local source market level.Liaising closely with the TUI source markets to interpret local hotel occupancy information and consolidate this at a Group level.The role will have key relationships with the Purchasing, Product, and Trading departments for the relevant source markets, to identify revenue opportunities and act as per trading needs.ABOUT YOU Experience in commercial negotiations or contracting preferred.Relevant studies in Tourism or Finance advantageous.Experience of working within the hotel industry or a tour operator would be desirable.Strong commercial acumen and highly analytical thinking/numerical reasoning skills.Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and feedback skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - comfortable challenging supplier decisions and finding compromises to create win-win situations.Good time management and process-oriented skills.Target and results-focused.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and comfort around learning new systems/technology.Knowledge of DESTIMO would be desirable.A highly motivated, proactive team player with a positive and flexible can-do attitude.Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
