We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Tech Lead with specialized expertise in end-to-end supply chain management.
As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving the implementation of S4 HANA, as well as supporting supply chain digital transformation initiatives within our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesS4 HANA Implementation: Utilize your experience and knowledge of S4 HANA to lead the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration across all supply chain functions.Supply Chain Digital Transformation: Drive our organization's digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing innovative solutions, and optimizing processes across the entire supply chain.Consultation and Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance on best practices within supply chain management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive operational efficiencies.Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to conduct data analysis, generate insights, and identify trends within the supply chain processes.
Use these insights to make informed decisions that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives by effectively communicating the benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Develop training materials and provide hands-on support during implementation phases.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to supply chain management.
