This is the only way we can live up to our own standards to reinvent the fashion business in a sustainable way.As Facility Coordinator you will be responsible for the Facility Management operational management of Stores in Italy (currently 10), and also provides support by managing/following-up maintenance contractors/service delivery for the C&A; stores in Spain and Portugal.You will ensure the stores, located in Italy, Spain and Portugal, are maintained and operate efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of contractors who carry out maintenance, repairs and inspections in these stores.Your Responsibilities At C&A; Oversee activities of external Facility Management service providers for maintenance, inspection, and repairs.Ensure contractors meet standards for preventive and curative maintenance, especially during refurbishment, store openings, and closures.Ensure all planned preventive and regulatory maintenance is up-to-date, with proper issuance of maintenance reports and mandatory documentation.Oversee and manage repairs, propose technical solutions, and track maintenance tasks to completion.Obtain and present required technical documents and certificates from local authorities when necessary.Assist with work orders, cost management, and approval of additional costs. Check and submit invoices for approval.Provide weekly reports on contractor activities, operational interventions, and support the Lead Facility Management with maintenance planning.Ensure safety procedures are followed by contractors and coordinate corrective actions with certified safety entities.What We Expect Of YouDegree in engineering, facility, construction.Prior experience, 3-5 years, in facilities, retail/property management.Knowledge of Italian and Iberia occupational health and safety requirements, prior facilities and vendor/contractors' management for specialized technical services is required.Understanding of the technical aspects of the property, and knowledge of the local technical regulations (Italian, Spanish and Portuguese) related to installations (electricity, HVAC, Fire Protection, etc).Demonstrates a proactive & professional approach to customer service, innovative, versatile, team player.Communicative, able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets. Support the team effectively and provide reporting on activities.Problem-solving skills. The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple operational matters daily.Strong communication skills in Italian, Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.Possibility to travel around our locations in Italy, Spain and Portugal
