).Responsibilities Maintain & update employee records (soft and hard copies)Assist in payroll administrative tasks (letters, certificates, reports) following given instructions and under payroll specialist supervisionPrepare paperwork for new hiring (Contract, policies & clauses to be signed) & leavers (providing relevant information like vacation pending days)Manage and update time keeping toolSupport in coordinating providers and checking invoices for Flex Salary managementKnowledge, Skills and Experience Degree in Labor Relations or FP Administrative desiredKnowledge of labor legislation desiredExcellent organizational and time-management skillsTeamwork skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
