We are in search of an Overseas Legal Assistant to work on-site in Madrid for our client Cainiao.
Main responsibilities:Conduct a comparison between the contracts and non-contractual documents with the online approved files based on the requirements set by Cainiao.
Print, seal, or assist in signing the documents that meet the requirements.
Handle the relevant approval processes, register the stamping information data in the ledger, and provide the sealing ledger and other related data to Cainiao in accordance with the management requirements.Assist in the establishment, changes, deregistration, annual inspection, and other qualification and licensing-related work of the company as arranged by Cainiao.
Maintain and manage the relevant archival materials.Follow up on the collection of contracts, other archival documents, and Cainiao's qualification certificates to ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of the document materials.
Provide document borrowing and related work in accordance with Cainiao's procedures.Assist the business legal team in drafting, reviewing, and revising various legal documents, such as contracts and agreements, as arranged by Cainiao's legal department.Complete other legal-related tasks assigned by Cainiao's headquarters and business legal team.Requirements:Familiarity with company and contract laws and regulations, with a solid foundation in legal theory and practical experience.Strong learning ability and logical thinking skills.Meticulous, with a strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and excellent communication and coordination skills.A true team player.Willing to work overtime if necessary, strong learning and adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Proficient in using English as a working language, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Prior experience in reading and understanding legal documents in English is preferred.Proficient in Mandarin for communication.Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
